PROMOTIONS

We have instituted safe-health practices at all clubs, with plenty of social distancing. MERV-13 Hospital-Grade air filters and HEPA air filtration units with UV lights are installed throughout the clubs, along with hand sanitizing disinfectant stations. Your goals, current fitness level, and medical history, along with your strengths and weaknesses, are considered in designing your program. The trainer will be demonstrating exercises that are safe and specific to your needs, and you'll be working out, too. Have fun with your introduction to the fitness lifestyle! Many trainers specialize in a wide array of modalities like kickboxing, sports-specific training, posture improvement or injury rehabilitation. All sessions are 55 minutes long. Members pick up a voucher at the Control Desk for that day's session and give it to the trainer before the start of the session. Payment directly to the trainer is prohibited. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable. As a courtesy to our trainers, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for your training session. Members only.

TRAINER LEVELS

  • Level 1 Trainer

    Level 1 Trainers are great coaches and motivators. You'll receive a thorough program designed to build a sound fitness foundation. You'll get safe and effective guidance towards your objectives, develop your core and, if it's one of your goals, drop some body fat. Level 1 Trainers have a nationally-recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM) or a Bachelor's Degree in a fitness-related field and are CPR/AED and First Aid Certified. 

  • Level 2 Trainer

    Level 2 Trainers will help you customize and adhere to a program and work either through or around any current or past physical issues to help restore your muscular balance. If you are pre- or post-natal, have high blood pressure or cholesterol, or have any other such concerns, then this is the level of expertise appropriate for you. Level 2 Trainers have years of experience in their field, and in addition to the credentials of a Level 1 Trainer, they have a specialty certification in Post-Rehab conditioning or Sports-Specific Training.

  • Level 3 Trainer

    Level 3 Trainers are seasoned coaches who are specialists in movement therapy. Each Level 3 Trainer specializes in several areas of rehabilitation protocols for lower back pain, rotator cuff tears, shoulder impingement or sciatica. They have the vocabulary to communicate with your doctor, if necessary, about what is appropriate for you. Level 3 Trainers have all of the Level 2 qualifications plus a Masters degree or additional certification in management of more chronic disease states (like Hypertension or Diabetes) through the fitness lifestyle.
